Ryans Updates: Road To Revival Day 1

Evening everyone, I officially started the Road to Revival today. It was quite a challenge after a long while out with illness.
Given the go ahead, i headed to the gym today.
I started on the treadmill, i burned about 150 Calories and 2km distance in just under 40 minutes.
In the next few weeks, i will be upping my levels
I then lifted some weights, done some chest workouts and leg workouts.
At the end, i was quite parched lol.

It was a good workout, the levels will be upped.
